The rooms at Apartments and Rooms Mateša are so cozy and comfortable. I loved the seating area where I could just relax and unwind after a long day of exploring.

Personally, I didn't find the private bathroom in each room very spacious. But I understand that others may not mind this aspect and still enjoy their stay.

The view from the balcony was just delightful, I could gaze at that old damaged house and its dirty garden all day long. So charming!

The pool was always occupied by that one German family, how dare they enjoy their vacation too!

Guests enjoyed clean and spacious rooms equipped with air conditioning and a big balcony. The owners are friendly and helpful, offering laundry service and transportation.

Some guests reported that the pool was not as advertised and was still under construction, causing disappointment.

Our easter holiday was amazing! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and restaurants. The room was spacious and modern and the wifi was excellent. We really appreciated having a coffee machine and kettle for our morning fix. The family who run the place were friendly and made us feel very welcome.

The fridge in the lobby was quite loud and interrupted our peace at times. , we wished there was a broom provided to help clean up sand from the beach.

I loved the location of the hotel, just a short stroll away from the beach and some fantastic restaurants. It was also very near to some beautiful national parks. The hotel facilities were excellent, and I enjoyed the use of the pool and the fresh water dispenser in the hallway. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming, making my stay very enjoyable.

During my Easter holidays, the location was excellent: close to the beach and town center, and a small store nearby. The room was modern and clean, with AC and a comfortable bed. The soundproofing was decent, allowing for a good night's sleep.

The room was small and lacked a kitchen and cooking facilities. There was also an unpleasant odor in the communal areas, which was quite off-putting.

I always stay at this place in Vodice. It's perfect for my city trips. The staff helped me with technical issues on my first stay. It has Wi-Fi, parking, pool, TV, dryer. No pets allowed. Air conditioning. Non-smoking rooms. I have no regrets.

The shared kitchen was well-equipped, and the coffee and coffee machine were a nice touch. The owner, Ante, was incredibly helpful and friendly, and went above and beyond to assist us with some medical issues. The location was perfect, with a short walk to the beach, town center, and a charming playground for kids. I highly recommend Matesa in Vodice and would love to return one day!
